SMS Opt-In Process

SMS consent is collected during BoxDrop Blue Springs Mattress & Furniture's secure customer purchase and signature process. Customers are presented with the following optional SMS consent choices before completing their signature.

The section below is a non-functional example shown for documentation purposes only. The phone number field is read-only and holds a fictional number; nothing on this page is collected, saved, submitted, or used to sign anyone up for text messages.

Mobile Phone Number The customer's own mobile number — the number that receives the messages. Fictional example; this field is read-only and is not collected.

Purchase & Order Texts (unchecked by default)

I agree to receive text messages from BoxDrop Blue Springs at (816) 816-5657 regarding my purchases, receipts, signatures, pickup or delivery updates, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Specials & Store Updates (unchecked by default)

I agree to receive occasional promotional text messages from BoxDrop Blue Springs at (816) 816-5657 about new inventory, store updates, specials, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Messages sent from (816) 816-5657 BoxDrop Blue Springs' SMS number, which sends the messages. This is not the customer's number.

Both SMS consent options are optional and unchecked by default. Customers may select either, both, or neither option. SMS consent is not required to complete a purchase or signature.
